The apartment is situated in a small quiet courtyard, in a strategic location in the heart of Verona, Veronetta, in the Petit Mont Martre, Verona’s evocative and picturesque university area. It is strategic in that it is near the Porta Nuova railway station, V. Catullo di Verona Villafranca Airport and the Fiera di Verona fair, both by car and public transport.

in the neighbourhood.

The pedestrian areas are easily accessed from La casa di Alice such as via Mazzini ideal for shopping and Piazza delle Erbe to sample the famous Valpolicella in the centre’s restaurants. The Museo di Scienze Naturali natural sciences museum is located nearby; you can get to Juliet’s house (and Romeo) and Piazza Brà by crossing the Ponte Navi bridge and the Arena di Verona where the opera season takes place. The historical Giardino Giusti mansion can be accessed from the apartment, where you can see the wonderfulItalian-style garden. Further on there is the Teatro Romano and in Ponte Pietra, the symbol of historical Verona where the city loved by Shakespeare can be seen.
