Payment method
The reservation and confirmation is valid only upon receipt of copy of payment of the first night of stay by e-mail or by fax (0039 045 7725023).

Arrival/Departures
Rooms are available to our guests after 16.00 o'clock of the day of reservation.
On the leaving day, rooms must checked out at 12.00 o'clock.
